This competition is organised and promoted by FabTraining Ltd (“FabTraining”), East Yorkshire.
1. Competition Overview
The Rugby Safety Champions Competition gives one eligible rugby club the opportunity to win a free Emergency First Aid at Work (2 Day) course including a Rugby & Sporting Injury Module, delivered by FabTraining.
The total prize value is approximately £1,000.
The club that receives the highest number of valid tags across the designated competition posts during the campaign period will win the prize.
2. Campaign Period
The competition opens on: 1st March 2026
The competition closes at: 23:59 on 14th March 2026
Any entries made after the closing date will not be counted.
The winning club will be announced on or after: 16th March 2026
3. How to Enter
To enter:
Follow FabTraining on the relevant social media platform.
Comment on the official Rugby Myth-Busting competition posts published during the campaign.
Tag your rugby club clearly within the comment.
Each valid comment and club tag counts as one entry for that named club.
Participants may enter once per post.
Multiple individuals from the same club may enter.
The club with the highest total number of valid tagged entries across all designated competition posts during the campaign period will win.
4. Eligibility
This competition is open to:
Amateur and community rugby union clubs located in Yorkshire and North Lincolnshire.
Clubs with suitable facilities to host the training, or who are willing to attend training at a FabTraining venue if required.
The following are not eligible:
Professional rugby organisations
Individuals entering on behalf of non-existent clubs
Entries deemed to be spam or automated
FabTraining reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, or not in the spirit of the competition.
5. The Prize
The winning club will receive:
A 2-Day Emergency First Aid at Work course Including a Rugby & Sporting Injury Module
Accredited EFAW certification for all eligible attendees
The course must be delivered to a maximum of 12 delegates (unless otherwise agreed in writing).
The prize:
Is non-transferable
Cannot be exchanged for cash
Must be redeemed within six months of the announcement date
Is subject to mutually agreed delivery dates
Travel outside the stated eligible region may incur additional charges at FabTraining’s discretion.
6. Scoring & Verification
FabTraining will calculate total valid tags across the designated posts.
Only genuine entries from real social media accounts will be counted.
In the event of a tie, FabTraining reserves the right to:
Extend the competition for a final deciding post, or
Select a winner at its discretion based on engagement quality.
FabTraining’s decision is final.
7. Publicity
By participating, entrants agree that:
The winning club may be publicly announced on FabTraining’s website and social media platforms.
FabTraining may feature the winning club as “Rugby Safety Champions” in promotional content.
No personal data beyond publicly available usernames will be used without consent.
8. General
FabTraining reserves the right to:
Amend or withdraw the competition at any time if necessary.
Modify these terms where required for operational or legal reasons.
This competition is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any governing body or social media platform.
