Meet the Team

Our training team all hold enhanced DBS certificates and have attended safeguarding training as well as regularly attending a range of relevant and skill enhancing CPD
Many continue to work front-line where possible to ensure up to date techniques and practices are being taught in the classroom as well as being involved with awarding organisation steering groups to held ensure that the qualifications being offered are the very best they can be
Bruce Dougal

Bruce leads by example and brings over 25 years of experience to FabTraining. With his larger-than-life personality and energetic style, he makes every course more fun and engaging than you ever thought possible!

Emma Dougal

 Emma co-runs FabTraining and wears many hats – trainer, content creator, and all-round organiser! Passionate about quality training and community impact, she brings energy and heart to everything we do.


Katie Gates

Katie is our apprentice, learning the ropes in First Aid and Mental Health. Eager to grow, full of potential, and already making a great impression with her warm, approachable style!

Claire keeps everything running smoothly behind the scenes! Organised, efficient and always happy to help – she’s the friendly face behind our bookings and office admin.
