Meet the Team

Our training team all hold enhanced DBS certificates and have attended safeguarding training as well as regularly attending a range of relevant and skill enhancing CPD
Many continue to work front-line where possible to ensure up to date techniques and practices are being taught in the classroom as well as being involved with awarding organisation steering groups to held ensure that the qualifications being offered are the very best they can be
Bruce Dougal

Leading by example and in the business for over 20 years, Bruce has an energetic, larger than life personality and makes first aid training more fun than you ever thought possible!

Emma Dougal

Emma oversees the day-to-day operations with an infectious enthusiasm and wicked sense of fun! She also delivers and oversees the hospitality suite of qualifications.

Harry Vines

Not only is Harry the main Clinical Trainer, he is also a proper grown up having recently qualified as a Paramedic bringing a wealth of real-life experience to his training.

Naomi Foster

Naomi deals with office stuff and is much loved by the team (not just because she pays them!). She is an integral part of the Mini-Medics team delivering the sessions in schools.

Becca Robson

Joining the event medical team a few years ago Becca soon caught the training bug, getting herself qualified to become one of fab’s most adored First Aid Trainers.

Steve Boddy

Steve is our full time First Aid, Health & Safety and Mental Health trainer.   Highly experienced, passionate and knowledgeable and our  customers love him! 

Claire Woodcock

Claire helps with the smooth running of the office and since joining the team has become a firm favourite with customers due to her cool calm approach.

Nick Butterworth

Nick has been passionately delivering lifesaving skills for over 25 years as part of the RNLI & RLSS UK. We’re proud to have him on board with us as a trusted freelance trainer.
